Are you a pro who wants to get listed?<\/h2>\n<p>Registration takes place entirely online, in three simple steps (VAT verification via VIES \u2192 personal and business information \u2192 choice of plan), with a <strong>free trial period of 30 days<\/strong> (monthly plan) or <strong>4 months<\/strong> (annual plan). No actual payment is collected during this period.<\/p>\n<p>To get started, you need:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> A valid Belgian VAT number (BE0XXXXXXXXX or BE1XXXXXXXXX);<br>\n<strong>2.<\/strong> A business email address;<br>\n<strong>3.<\/strong> A bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact) to validate the direct debit mandate (symbolic pre-authorisation of 0,01 \u20ac, refunded).<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"apb-plan-cta\" href=\"https:\/\/promastro.be\/en\/referencer-mon-entreprise\/\">List my business<\/a><\/p>\n\n<h2>8. Reporting illegal content (DSA)<\/h2>\n<p>In accordance with <strong>European Regulation 2022\/2065 of 19 October 2022, known as the &#8220;Digital Services Act&#8221; (DSA)<\/strong>, applicable since 17 February 2024, any user may report manifestly illegal content to ProMastro (defamation, invasion of privacy, counterfeiting, criminally punishable content, etc.).<\/p>\n\n<h3>8.1 Reporting channels<\/h3>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Report&#8221; button<\/strong>: available on every professional listing and on every published review \u2014 please use this channel for traceability purposes;<br>\n<strong>Dedicated email<\/strong>: <a href=\"mailto:contact@promastro.be\">contact@promastro.be<\/a> with the subject line &#8220;DSA report \u2014 [Type of content]&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<h3>8.2 Review and time limits<\/h3>\n<p>Every report received is reviewed as quickly as possible \u2014 within a maximum of <strong>48 hours<\/strong> for a preliminary review and <strong>15 days<\/strong> for a reasoned decision. The person who submitted the report systematically receives a response (except in the case of manifestly abusive reports). See the <a href=\"https:\/\/promastro.be\/en\/moderation-charter\/\">moderation charter<\/a> for details of the procedure.<\/p>\n\n<h2>9. Mediation and dispute resolution<\/h2>\n\n<h3>9.1 Prior amicable complaint<\/h3>\n<p>In the event of a dispute with ProMastro, a <strong>prior amicable complaint<\/strong> must be sent to <a href=\"mailto:direction@promastro.be\">direction@promastro.be<\/a>. Conflicts between Visitors and Pros<\/h2>\n<p>As ProMastro is a simple intermediary, commercial conflicts between a Visitor and a listed Pro (quality of a service, price, defective work, non-payment) <strong>are settled directly between the two parties<\/strong>, where applicable with the help of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> The Consumer Mediation Service (see \u00a79.2) if the Pro is a professional and the customer is a consumer;<br>\n<strong>2.<\/strong> An arbitration chamber if an arbitration clause was included in the private contract;<br>\n<strong>3.<\/strong> The competent civil or commercial courts depending on the status of the parties.<\/p>\n<p><em>ProMastro may, in the event of serious repeated breaches by a Pro confirmed by several reports or decisions, suspend or terminate their account (see the <a href=\"https:\/\/promastro.be\/en\/terms-of-use\/\">terms of use<\/a>, \u00a78 and \u00a711.8).<\/em><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A question, a partnership, feedback about the service?
