\nIs it free for me?<\/summary>\n

Yes, completely free. You can search, compare, get in touch and leave a review at no cost whatsoever. Promastro takes nothing from the jobs.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n

\nDo I have to sign up to contact a professional?<\/summary>\n

You can browse listings without signing up. To send a message or leave a review, a free registration is required (useful for limiting spam and allowing the professional to reply to you).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n

\nHow do you verify that the professionals really exist?<\/summary>\n

At registration, we verify the VAT number via the European Commission’s VIES system. No valid VAT number, no registration. We also offer professionals an optional identity verification (KYC), indicated by a badge on their listing.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n

\nWhat should I do if a professional doesn’t reply?<\/summary>\n

Each professional has a response rate displayed on their listing. If they don’t reply within a reasonable time, you can contact another professional. You can also report a lack of responsiveness via the “Report” button on the listing.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n

\nAre the reviews reliable?<\/summary>\n

All reviews are moderated: automatic AI anti-spam and anti-abuse filtering, human checks after the fact, and the option for the professional to reply publicly. Detected fake reviews are removed and the associated account is sanctioned.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n

\nHow do I delete my account?<\/summary>\n

From your dashboard, “My profile” tab. See the detailed procedure<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<\/section>\n\n

\nHow much does it cost?<\/summary>\n

Three plans: Base (\u20ac19\/month), Medium (\u20ac29\/month), Max (\u20ac49\/month), with a discount of around \u221217% for annual payment. Details on the pricing page<\/a>. 0% commission<\/strong> on jobs.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n

\nHow long does the free trial last?<\/summary>\n

30 days on the monthly plan, 4 months (\u2248 120 days) on the annual plan. No commitment, cancel anytime from the dashboard. Details<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n

\nWhy do you ask for my bank card for a free trial?<\/summary>\n

To set up the direct debit mandate for when the trial ends. A pre-authorisation of \u20ac0.01 is applied and then refunded. No trial fees are charged.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n

\nI don’t have a VAT number \u2014 can I still sign up?<\/summary>\n

No. Registration requires an active Belgian VAT number. This requirement guarantees the quality of the directory and filters out illegitimate accounts.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n

\nWhat happens if I don’t have time to fill in my listing?<\/summary>\n

You can automatically generate a first version of your description from a few details (categories, years of experience, service area). You can then fine-tune it. The NL\/EN translation is also automatic.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n

\nDoes my data leave the country?<\/summary>\n

Data is stored in the EU (Germany, hosting provider Contabo). Only the use of the Claude AI (Anthropic, USA) involves a transfer, governed by the European Standard Contractual Clauses \u2014 solely for moderation, search and translation, never for advertising. See the privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n

\nCan I change plans later?<\/summary>\n

Yes. Upgrades are immediate (with pro-rata calculation), downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n

\nAre the invoices compliant for my accounting?<\/summary>\n

Yes: the invoice complies with Belgian tax law. The invoice is transmitted via the PEPPOL network for valid Belgian VAT numbers (B2B compliance 2026); the number can be viewed from the dashboard, “My payments” tab.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<\/section>\n\n
