You deal directly, you pay directly.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Moderated reviews<\/strong> \u2014 an AI anti-spam and anti-abuse filter is applied, supplemented by a human check in case of doubt. Detected fake reviews are removed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No advertising, no disguised advertising<\/strong> \u2014 no paid rankings, no advertising banners, no advertising pixels. The only paid advantage for a professional is the &#8220;Elite&#8221; badge of the Max plan, clearly identified as such.<\/li>\n<li><strong>My data remains mine<\/strong> \u2014 no resale of data, EU hosting, GDPR built in (see the <a href=\"https:\/\/promastro.be\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">privacy policy<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"apb-charter-section\">\n<h2>Towards professionals<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Price transparency<\/strong> \u2014 all plans are published on the <a href=\"https:\/\/promastro.be\/en\/pricing\/\">pricing page<\/a>, with no hidden fees.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A genuinely free trial<\/strong> \u2014 30 days or 4 months depending on the plan, cancel anytime, no charge during the trial. <a href=\"https:\/\/promastro.be\/en\/free-trial-policy\/\">Details<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No forced competition<\/strong> \u2014 no job auctions, no cost per lead, no reverse marketplace.<\/li>\n<li><strong>You remain in control of your listing<\/strong> \u2014 you edit what you want when you want, you cancel in one click, you take your data with you (GDPR export).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compliant invoicing<\/strong> \u2014 PEPPOL invoice for Belgian VAT numbers, B2B compliance 2026 planned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"apb-charter-section\">\n<h2>Towards reviews<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reviews posted by registered users<\/strong> \u2014 only a user with a (free) ProMastro account and a verified email address can publish a review. <em>Some reviews may be supported by a documented relationship or service<\/em> (prior exchange of messages, time-stamped contact). In accordance with Article VI.45\/1 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and in the interest of fairness, ProMastro does not claim to individually verify each review and therefore does not use the label &#8220;verified review&#8221; without documented proof.<\/li>\n<li><strong>AI + human moderation<\/strong> \u2014 an AI filter detects spam, insults, off-topic or manifestly unlawful content; a human moderator can be brought in in case of doubt or following a report. Manifestly fake reviews (behavioural anomalies, copy-pasted text, chain submissions) are removed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Professional&#8217;s right of reply<\/strong> \u2014 the professional concerned can publish a public reply under each review. No review can be arbitrarily deleted by the professional; they can, however, report it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reporting &amp; appeals<\/strong> \u2014 every review and every listing can be reported via a dedicated button. Reports are handled within 7 working days. Any decision to reject or remove content is notified and may be subject to a human re-examination (see the <a href=\"https:\/\/promastro.be\/en\/moderation-charter\/\">moderation charter<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/promastro.be\/en\/report-content\/\">report content<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li><strong>No paid or sponsored reviews<\/strong> \u2014 soliciting reviews in exchange for payment, a gift, a discount or any other advantage is strictly prohibited (Terms of Use art. 6). <em>Self-reviews<\/em>, <em>fabricated fake reviews<\/em>, identity theft or fraudulent review campaigns result in the removal of the content and the suspension of the account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"apb-charter-section\">\n<h2>Towards data<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>VAT number<\/strong> \u2014 stored only as a SHA256 hash, never in plain text.<\/li>\n<li><strong>KYC data<\/strong> (identity document, if verified) \u2014 encrypted with AES-256, access restricted to the single authorised moderator, deleted 5 years after the end of the relationship (anti-money-laundering obligation).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Passwords<\/strong> \u2014 hashed with bcrypt, never visible or retrievable by the ProMastro team.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Administrator authentication<\/strong> \u2014 2FA mandatory for anyone with access to the back office.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Daily backups<\/strong> \u2014 data can be restored in the event of an incident.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"apb-charter-section\">\n<h2>Towards artificial intelligence<\/h2>\n<p>AI is used solely to <strong>improve the experience<\/strong>, never to sell, profile or circumvent transparency:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Automatic moderation of reviews (spam\/abuse filter);<\/li>\n<li>Smart search (understanding natural-language queries);<\/li>\n<li>Help with writing the professional&#8217;s description (at their explicit request, never without their consent);<\/li>\n<li>Automatic FR\/NL\/EN translation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Model used: <strong>Claude<\/strong> (Anthropic, USA). No data is used to train the model (specific clauses in the contract with Anthropic). Transfers outside the EU are governed by the European Commission&#8217;s Standard Contractual Clauses.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"apb-charter-section\">\n<h2>Our limits<\/h2>\n<p>ProMastro is <strong>a directory<\/strong>, not a certifier of competence. The verification of the VAT number and any identity verification do not guarantee the technical quality of the services.
