Frequently asked questions
What happens at the end of the trial?
You receive a reminder 7 days and then 1 day before the trial ends. Unless you cancel, the first real payment is collected and your subscription renews automatically at each billing date. Full details in the free trial policy.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades (Base → Medium → Max) take effect immediately, with pro-rata calculation. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
Why does ProMastro ask for a bank card for the trial?
To set up the payment mandate required for automatic renewal. A 0.01 € pre-authorisation validates the mandate and is refunded or credited. No trial fees are ever charged.
Are prices shown excluding or including VAT?
Excluding VAT. Belgian VAT at 21 % is added at invoicing. Promastro is reserved for professionals established in Belgium (Belgian VAT number BE0…, verified via VIES).
Is there a free plan?
The trial period is completely free. Beyond that, the service is paid — there is no permanent free plan, in order to guarantee the quality of the directory (verified VAT, AI moderation, support).
