How can Promastro operate without taking a commission ?
Our model is based exclusively on subscription. You pay €19, €29, or €49 per month — a fixed rate, known in advance. We take no percentage of the quotes you sign with clients found through Promastro.
How is Promastro different from lead generation platforms ?
On many platforms, every contact request is charged — sometimes several tens of euros — whether you land the job or not, and a request does not always turn into a client. On Promastro, the client contacts you directly by phone, WhatsApp, or messaging, with no intermediary and no extra fees. You keep 100% of every signed quote.
Does Promastro invoice my clients on my behalf ?
No. Promastro never intervenes in your business relationships and does not invoice your clients. The only invoice issued by Promastro is for your subscription : after your registration is validated, you receive it directly, transmitted electronically (Peppol) when your company is connected to it.
What happens after the trial period?
At the end of the free month (or the four months on the annual plan), the automatic payment of the chosen amount begins via Mollie. No long-term commitment: you can cancel from your personal account at any time, with no fees or explanation required.
How many requests will I receive per month?
The volume depends on the trade, the municipality, the quality of the listing, and the reviews received. We do not promise any minimum number : honest directories cannot guarantee a contact volume. The difference : unlike pay-per-lead platforms, each additional request costs you nothing.
How do I rank well in the search results?
The Promastro ranking is meritocratic. Four criteria determine your position : 100% completed profile, "Verified Business" badge, average rating and number of reviews, average response time. No position can be purchased.
How do I obtain the additional trust badge?
From your personal account, you can submit a supporting document : energy bill, CBE extract, articles of association, or any other relevant professional document (JPG, PNG, or PDF). After verification by our team, an enhanced trust badge will appear on your public profile.
Is my subscription tax-deductible?
Yes. A Promastro subscription qualifies as a fully deductible professional expense for Belgian self-employed individuals (sole traders or companies). A Peppol BIS Billing 3.0-compliant invoice is sent to you after each payment, ready to be recorded in your accounts.
How does Promastro verify professionals?
At registration, your VAT number and company information are automatically verified against official databases and cross-referenced with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises. The "Verified Company" badge appears automatically on active listings, and an additional supporting document allows you to obtain an enhanced trust badge.
Can I change my plan during my subscription ?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time: the upgrade is immediate with the prorated amount calculated automatically. A downgrade to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, at no charge.
What payment methods do you accept ?
Bank card (Visa, MasterCard, Bancontact, Maestro) via the secure payment provider Mollie, PCI-DSS certified. Recurring SEPA bank transfer can be activated upon request for annual plans.
How do I cancel my subscription ?
From your personal account, under the "My Subscription" tab, a "Cancel" button is permanently available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your listing remains viewable for 90 days in deactivated mode, giving you time to reactivate your subscription should you wish to do so.
